We were referred to Sunmeet by one of our friends. Being a first time buyer it was important for us to work with someone who can help you. After talking to Sunmeet the first time, many of our questions were answered which gave us an assurance that we can buy a home.
Once we decided to go with Sunmeet, he brought in his team, Gerardo and Isabella both of them were very knowledgeable and helpful.
They understood quickly what we were looking for and then started sharing recommendations based on that. They even explained us what to look for in a house, locations what makes them good or bad. 
Lastly, they negotiated a lot to get a great price for us. They also helped with closing, explaining everything that we as first time buyers didn’t know. They even help us post closing if we have some questions.
